Countdown emails, per-event notifications and a tidier profile
A few improvements to help you stay on top of your events, and to put you in control of what lands in your inbox. 📅 Countdown emails A month before your event, and again a week before, we'll send you a quick snapshot: how many volunteers you have, how much of the rota is filled, who still hasn't replied, and whether the rota is published. Each one comes with a short list of what's worth doing next, based on where your event actually is. 🔔 Choose your notifications, event by event You can now decide which emails EventRota sends you: countdowns, availability changes and declined invites. Set your defaults once, then change them for any single event. Use the new Notifications button at the top of each event, or the table of your events under Profile → Email settings. Duplicating Events
We have added the ability to quickly copy an event into a new event. When copying you can choose which elements from the original event you want to copy across. It could be just the shifts and positions or it could be more like the map, labels, rota flows, equipment. Duplication gives you the ability to quickly get your next event ready even faster.
