We'll build the event with you
Short on time, or inheriting an event three weeks out? Send us your volunteer list and the details and we'll build the whole thing — ready for you to run.
A one-time fee, entirely separate from your plan. You can be on the free plan and still use this.
Tell us about the event
Dates, venue, the roles you need filled and roughly how many people. A previous year’s rota or spreadsheet is ideal — we can work from whatever you already have.
We build it
Positions, shifts, day structure, your volunteer list imported, forms and documents in place. Usually within three working days.
You review, we send
You check it over and change anything you want. When you are happy we send the invitations for you, and the event is yours to run.

Priced by the size of the event, matching the plan names. Prices shown in USD; GBP and EUR are available too. All prices exclude VAT and sales tax. Any tax that applies in your country is added at checkout.

Do I still need a plan?
Yes — setup is a service, not a plan. The event still needs to be on whichever plan fits its size, and that can be the free one if you have ten people or fewer.
What do you need from me?
Dates, venue, the roles you need and your volunteer list with names and emails. A spreadsheet is perfect. If you ran the event before, last year’s rota tells us most of it.
How long does it take?
Usually three working days from having everything we need. If your event is sooner than that, say so when you get in touch and we will tell you honestly whether we can make it.
Can you change it afterwards?
It is your event — everything we build is editable exactly as if you had made it yourself. Nothing is locked, and you are not dependent on us afterwards.
