Volunteer profiles
Know your team
before the event starts
Volunteers fill in their own details — dietary needs, t-shirt size, licences, emergency contact. You get accurate catering and kit counts without chasing anyone.
Volunteer self-service
Volunteers fill in their own profile
No forms to circulate, no spreadsheet to collate. Each volunteer fills in their profile once and it follows them to every event.

Licences & languages
Filled in once, reused everywhere
Volunteers set up their profile when they first join. It follows them to every event — no re-entering details each time.
Self-reported only
Only the volunteer can edit their own profile. Organisers can view the details but cannot change them — keeping ownership with the person.
Editable from the attend page
Volunteers who joined via invite link can still update their profile from the attend page — no separate login required.
Freeform licences and languages
Add any qualification as a tag — driving licence, powerboat, first aid, forklift. Plus languages for multilingual events.
Instant summaries
Kit and catering counts, automatically
As volunteers fill in their profiles, the numbers update live. Share the totals with your kit supplier or caterer in one click — no spreadsheet needed.

For organisers
View any volunteer's full profile
Click any name in the People tab to open their profile. All the details in one place — no emailing people to ask for their dietary requirements.
Emergency contacts on hand
In a medical situation, you have the emergency contact name and phone number immediately — no digging through a spreadsheet or chasing a paper form.
Kit ordering made easy
See each person's t-shirt size, or use the summary panel to get a total count per size. Forward it straight to your kit supplier.
Catering requirements, sorted
Dietary summaries show you exactly how many vegetarian, vegan, halal, and gluten-free meals to order. No manual totalling required.
Licences and qualifications
Quickly find who on your team holds a driving licence, first aid certificate, or powerboat licence — useful when assigning roles that require specific qualifications.
Common questions
Do volunteers have to fill in a profile?
No — profiles are optional. Volunteers can leave fields blank. Organisers will see "Not set" in the stats for anyone who hasn't filled in a particular field, so you always know how complete your data is.
Can I edit a volunteer's profile for them?
No. Profiles are self-reported — only the volunteer can update their own details. This keeps the data accurate and puts ownership with the right person. If something is wrong, ask the volunteer to update it.
Will the stats update if more people fill in their profile after I've shared the count?
Yes — the summary always reflects the current data. Just copy it again if the numbers change before your ordering deadline.
What licences and languages can volunteers add?
Any freeform tag — there's no fixed list. Common ones include Driving, First Aid, Powerboat, Forklift, and BSL. Languages work the same way.
