Common questions
I can't sign in — my password isn't working
If you joined EventRota by clicking a link in an invitation email, you may never have set a password. Use "Forgot or need to set a password?" on the sign-in page — the email you receive lets you set one in seconds. Make sure to use the same email address your invitation was sent to.
Where is my invitation?
Invitations come by email from EventRota on behalf of your event organiser. Check your spam or junk folder first; if it's not there, ask your organiser to re-send it — they can do that from the event's People page in one click.
I'm a volunteer — do I need to pay anything?
No. EventRota is always free for volunteers, on the web and in the mobile apps.
Can you set my event up for me?
Yes — we offer a paid setup service where we build your positions, shifts and rota, import your volunteer list and send the invitations for you. Sign in and open Help to see packages and prices, or just email us.
How do I get the mobile app?
EventRota is free on the App Store and Google Play. See the mobile app page for links and what the app can do.
