Checklists
Keep every preparation
on track with lists
Create as many checklists as your event needs — a safety check, a shopping list, a day-of setup sequence. Each list tracks its own progress so you can see at a glance what's done and what still needs attention.
How it works
Create, add items, tick off
Each event gets its own set of checklists. You name each list, add items, and tick them off as they're completed. Multiple people can work through the same lists simultaneously.
Name your list
Give it a clear name — "Safety checklist", "Venue setup", "Equipment to collect". You can have as many lists as you need.
Add items
Type an item and press Enter to add it. Items can be edited inline at any time — no saving required.
Tick as you go
Check items off as they're done. The progress counter updates instantly and turns green when the list is complete.
Built for busy event days
Quick to build, easy to update, and clear to read at a glance — even when you're moving fast on the day.
Progress per list
Each checklist shows a done/total count (e.g. "3/7") that updates as items are ticked. The card turns green when everything is complete.
Multiple lists per event
No limit on the number of checklists. Create one for each work area — catering, safety, equipment, comms — and track them independently.
Edit items inline
Click any item text to edit it. No separate edit mode — just click, type, and move on. Changes save instantly.
Reorder and remove
Add items in any order and rearrange them with the arrow buttons. Remove items that no longer apply without affecting others.
